"Jan 17 2026 I had a MRI. Technician took my glasses then after I sat on the MRI bed I told him I had a hearing aid and he took it. After the MRI he gave me my glasses and I said I needed my hearing aid and he told me it was on the shelf. On way home I thought my battery had died so I changed batteries 3 X but it still didn't work. Called to report it and was told "Absolutelky it should not have been ..."

"I've had a number of MRIs at this facility over the years, and never had any problems with the people or the facility --- just make sure that you get full instructions from your Doctor, and that your paperwork is in order (this is an Insurance requirement, not a Millennium issue) ... The clarity of the imaging and the accuracy of the readings seem to be quality."

"Un-organized!!! Made an appointment almost a month ago. Lady that scheduled said they got my doctor’s work order. Never received an appointment reminder call either. Go in for apt. & girl in front says do you have an order. I told them he sent it electronically & they had it when they made the apt. Then they found it. Now the girl at front says do you have a full bladder. She said I was suppose to ..."
