"If you can ever make or change an appointment, when you finally get in the chair, Dr. Grand is fabulous as so too is Dr. Ng. They have been treating my Macula Deg. for many years now.The problem is the office staff and the telephone system. I have been on hold 3 different times for 15 to 20 minutes each only to get told my party is unavailable. Ridiculous & Unprofessional!!"
