"I was turned away from a scheduled appoiment only to get a message on my phone that notified me iI had an appt. Two days previous I was reminded that I had an appt. When I returned the call, I was ask what office staff scheduled that appt. They then informed me that I did not have an appt. They desperately need some management!"
