"Terrible customer service! I was treated for an ingrown toenail but the doctor failed to remove the ingrown nail. I was told to call the billing office to air my grievance and indicate that I didn't plan to pay the bill. I left two messages and without a return call. Every time I call it goes to voice mail. Had to leave a message for the office manager-hopefully she will return my call. I don't ..."

"I phoned twice during hours they show as being open. Noone answered the phone for even an appointment. Twice, I left a detailed message, yet noone bothered to phone me back for an appointment nor to even indicate they may not be taking new patients. I am going somewhere else as Midwest Podiatry doesnt have the time to even phone back. "
