"I appreciate what they do for the wellbeing of their clients, but come on - give people the ability to pay online. At the very least, update your invoices to say something like "At this time, we do not accept online payments." so every single customer that gets an invoice doesn't spend a bunch of time looking all over the bill, googling, etc. trying to figure out if they actually have to mail off ..."
