"Dr. Joan Chandra punctured my colon. I needed immediate surgery and they had to remove my appendix due to body cavity contamination. Additionally I had fungal and bacterial infections. I spent a week in the hospital and a month off work. Midwest GI caused a lot of physical, mental, emotional and financial pain, with NO attempt at making a resolution."
