"Completely unprofessional with no organization. 1st time patient who had the appointment canceled 1st for Covid-19 (completely understandable). The appointment was rescheduled for a new patient exam and cleaning. The receptionist screwed up the appointment time and told the patient a time 2 hours earlier then what was put into the system.
