"Seek another provider for your ENT needs. I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to learn that the appointment had been mistakenly cancelled by a staff person. The office administrator later justified the mistake by telling me that “people make mistakes”!! Don’t trust your health to a practice that accepts mistakes as acceptable commonplace occurrences."
