"Horrible billing department. I went in for a COMPLETELY covered workman's comp injury. They continued for months to bill me for things NEVER previously listed. Told me due to THERE lapse in time that "I" needed to update the billing information. I no longer worked for that company, nor did "I" have that information any longer. They are a joke.
