"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to find an ENT doctor for a friend of mine who has Medicaid. Office was less than helpful and I was put on hold several times. All I need to know is if this office accepts Medicaid. The lady I spoke with started laughing, for no apparent reason and talked in circles. Now I'm being told (after 20 Minutes) maybe we should "register" him. ..."
