"Dental care is attentive and good. Management and scheduling/reception service could be improved. It is not well informed that there is a 10 minutes late policy for appointments. I had called and told the staff I was running behind at work and would hopefully not be more than 5-10 minutes late. I was not informed at that time that if I was more than 10 minutes I would need to reschedule, otherwise ..."

"I have had problems with Midwest dental in Canton Il for sometime, couple of times they told us ahead of our appointments that the attending dentist was in network where we wouldn't have to spend any money, if out of network we pay 50%, once we get there they say yes dentist is in network, than we get the statement from the insurance co saying dentist was out of network, so we have to pay again, ..."
