"Worst dental clinic I have ever been to in my life! Steven Kotke was not experienced enough to pull a tooth and Amanda Shwartz and Simon Broccard did not know my #5 tooth has been missing for many years. I recently got records from a dental office in Green Bay that I went to in the past. The Dr. is very experienced, his records show that tooth #5 is gone. He also has records from a dentist I went ..."
