"Why would they wait so long to tell me there was an issue so I can find another doctor? It is not my fault they didn't do their job and they are so disorganized. Now I have to start the process all over again to find another provider. Totally unprofessional and I am taking action against them. They need to be shut down for doin this to patients. Stay away!"

"I did everything they told me and did not do their job by getting my records. I find out they are not taking new patients when I call to make an appointment. They did not offer to make good on it or make an exception since it was their fault and they agreed to it"
