"I would never deal with them again. My son was diagnosed with autism back in February. Apparently, a code is needed to confirm the diagnosis. I have been trying to reach these people for months. They only ever want to send a message, and will never transfer you directly. I've never dealt with a doctor's office that doesn't have a phone.
