"This company is scam..when they fail to properly process your insurance claims they deny any knowledge.Then they bill you the full amount expecting you to pay or clear it up with your insurance provider. If you go to Semmes Murphy clinic refuse to be referred to them."

"This company reads the imaging & therefore bills seperately. The Imaging company had read the order incorrectly & did not clarify it "hand written notes" on my electronic order sent from my LIP. So I ended up having to come back & get the correct MRI. After email documentation with all four parties proving that I should only be billed for 1 MRI I finally got to talk to real people. "This company referred me to collections for $6.92 but never sent a statement, though they claimed they did. I paid in advance before my MRI and had no reason to expect an additional bill. When I called, I was connected to a foreign call center that could not tell me who provided the service or why there was an additional bill."
