"Unreasonable wait time for colonoscopy. Appointment 1:15 pm, not seen until 3:30, procedure at 4 pm. Other patients in waiting room said usual wait 3-4 hours. I've had three prior colonoscopies (elsewhere) and never had this experience. It's dangerous to dehydrate old people, and to keep them waiting an additional two hours when there has been no liquid at all for over seven hours already is inhumane. ..."
