This staff hounded me about a $37.00 balance due even though it was less than 30 days from the original date of service and they already had all my insurance info. "Just got charged $60 for a visit to the Alafaya Trail location where I was told they could not help me and I had to go to Winter Park. The person I talked to when I made the appointment could have told me that. Save yourself some money, don't bother going to the Alafaya Trail location, just go to Winter Park, or better, choose a different Dermatologist."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. David Plank was so unprofessional and rude towards me. He was in the room all of five minutes and he said he was sending me to get an ultrasound, which was very misleading because when I scheduled this appointment, I was told I was having surgery on my leg.
