"I had a terrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2:00 PM at their Stony Point location. The day before, I received a confirmation call where they specifically confirmed my appointment at Stony Point and even provided the address at 1 Liberty Square, 9W. I drove over an hour to get there, arrived early, and waited 20 minutes, only to find the office completely ..."
