"On January 30th I had an appointment to see doctor Spirn. My appointment was at 10 am. Being the patient person I am. After 40 minutes I asked the front desk what is going on, their reply was they were trying to get ahold of my insurance company. While sitting there I witnessed a patient come in who owed over 700 dollars. Surprise. Well after 2 hours. I had a discussion with the so called manager. ..."
