"I'm Robert Messner and I've been trying for two full days to make a referred appointment but to no avail? I'm still in the Phone Que...! I called at 8:03 today, only to be told that they had the usual" Higher than normal Call Volume". When I call again after a few hours, they tell my "I'm Still in the Que"! Please respond to my Email... as clearly Phones don't work! How about some assistance"

"Insurance negotiations with Highmark Health Options are NOT being handled appropriately. This Practice is more concerned with money over healthcare needs. How can you hold someone's medication because you are negotiating with insurance? What happened to the oath you took to care for the Patient! Who is to blame when the patient ends up in a emergency room due to their lack of care."

"This office is pathetic. After waiting 8 months I finally had an appointment with Dr. Uribe. He was terrific - did a bunch of tests and actually came up with a diagnosis. Put me on heavy duty drugs and said he would see me in 3 months. I show up for my scheduled appointment to be told that my appointment had been canceled (I never got a message) cause he is not in the office. Next available appointment ..."
