"Doctors are great. Front staff not so much. They ignore the requests from the pharmacy when they need to contact your insurance company. They don't return calls and they will not let you speak to your doctor (the doctor is too busy to talk to a patient on the phone, ever) They don't care at all if you are suffering with migraines, they have no urgency to help you get though the tedious process of ..."
