"Absolute worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. Took my 91-year old mother there. She is in a nursing home, wheelchair bound and needs medical transport. The transport got her there 10 min late. I spent 45 min in the lobby filling out paperwork. She did not have her ID, so the nursing home offered to fax it immediately, but the staff then told me that the doc there said “too late”. Would ..."

"Today is the fourth time I called to change the appointment for cystoscopy. Every time I called I got a message "We can not talk to you at this time but leave a detailed message and we will call you within next business day". So far I left 4 messages on 4 consecutive days. Of course there was NO answer to any of my messages. I am leaving the rating of 1 star since there is no option to go lower."

"Not the first time I have waited over an hour for an appointment scheduled a year in advance. Office staff is routinely rude, not helpful. Their reaction today was ltalk to the doctor”, not even an apology. Last week, the ultrasound technician nearly ran the wrong test on me. I was called back before I left because she didn’t do it right on top of that."
