"Physicians are great. DHI management is deplorable. Agree phones are impossible. Getting a referral form faxed to another practice seems beyond their abilities. I ended up picking up the form and faxing it myself."

"Medical staff is top notch. But trying to reach the office is difficult. And if they call you and don't get you first try, get very snippy like they've tried to call you 10 times. If you get a voice mail, they leave the main number, no name, so good luck fguessing the correct sselection to get back to them. They do seem to read the portal at least. "

"The doctor and the physician’s assistant are excellent. Unfortunately, it’s virtually impossible to reach the office by phone. Your call goes to voicemail, you’re asked to leave a message, and then told you’ll hear back in 24 hours. But you don’t hear back. I’ve been with this practice for years, and the medical care is great, but the office staff is terrible and I’m probably going to have to find ..."

"Customer service in this office is the worst I have ever seen. I was on hold for one half hour three times and then hung up on. I left two phone messages and sent two emails over one-week And never received a response. It's impossible to make an appointment so they don't give a darn about my healthcare."
