The nurses and other support personnel are also pleasant and efficient. My chief Nurse was just about perfect, thereby making me feel that I was being well taken care of. Unfortunately, the only thing I can say that seemed a little off to me is, the day of the procedure it seemed like I was in a factory-before and after the procedure. The staff didn’t really take the time to visit with me or make me feel comfortable, and I was quickly handed ..."
