I went to my last appointment after confirming twice and my chart clearly says to let me know if my hygienist or doctor is not in the office then I can make a decision to reschedule or not. "I went for almost a 4 hour appointment for two crowns (one on a root canal), wisdom teeth and some cavity fillings. Dr Sugamura communicated clearly what he proposed to do, and also why he thought was the best approach both financially and medically. He went ahead with the treatment but instead of two crowns, did only one and explained that based on the response of the treatment and any follow up ..."

"Everyone at the practice is super nice, polite and knowledgeable. I went as an emergency matter and they took me immediately and got everything done and referred me to another wonderful Endodontist.
