"Had a 1:30 pm appt. with Dr. Gerstle today. Waited 35 minutes and then was told my a man who had a 1:15 appt. that Dr. Gerstle was NOT EVEN IN THE OFFICE FOR HER APPOINTMENTS. No emergency! Was told she was out doing rounds in the hospital. Seems to be a recurring problem for this office. Two other people in the waiting room said that Dr. comes to the office after her rounds. HOW RUDE!! Dr. ..."
