"The physicians and PAs are excellent. However, some, not all, of the office staff are rude and could use a refresher in customer service. It's the experience that is important not the outcome. Very frustrating."

"The office staff while helpful were very loud to the point of not hearing one of them calling me. Introductions are not used, I had to ask very emphatically who the first person was and was told, I am a medical assistant". What is your name? Then and only then did she tell me. The PA to who I was assigned did tell me her full name but NEVER disclosed that she was a PA. I found out who she was by looking ..."
