"It was my first visit so I went 15 min earlier than the appointment time. I waited an hour and forty minutes before seeing a doctor and spend 5 min with the doctor. Then again waited for 15 min to check out even though there is no one to waiting in the room. The worse part is that no staff was checking on me or explain why the waiting time is so long. I had to ask them. And the answer was "I am sorry ..."
