"Came in to the Jenison Metro Location to get my blood drawn. The lady that helped me at the front desk was not very nice or friendly. She told me that I needed to call my doctor's office to get paper work for the blood draw sent to their location in Jenison. Instead of being helpful and saying she would call and get the required forms she Ctlike I was a huge inconvenience to her. This office always ..."
