"My neighbor is an elderly lady who suffered from shingles and even though they're under control she has severe nerve pain. After my initial appointment it took several telephone tags to schedule the appt for the injection which was then over a month out. I kept calling re: insurance approval and copay information. "Phone systems can answer calls but not questions. If you can wait for your call to be returned by the end of the next business day, you're golden. However, if you need to speak to someone, forget it. Expect to be openly admonished in front of other patients in the lobby ofif YOU make a mistake."

"I had an injection for my hip pain today with Sue Frady. I have had two previous injection that were extremely uncomfortable. I was apprehensive and expecting a painful procedure. However, Sue did a wonderful job and it was essentially painless. I highly recommend Sue!"
