"I had an appt for 11:00 am with Dr Xu, I was told to show up about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. My husband and I arrived around 10:45. The waiting room was pretty full. I could hear others grumbling because they had been there for hrs!! One elderly lady had said she had been waiting since 8 am!! When she finally decided to go and see when she may be seen she was brought right on back. Well ..."
