"CONSUMERS BEWARE! The procedure and Dr. Ly were exceptional! would be rated 5 stars. The billing department is the opposite! If you go here make sure you "Request an Estimate"(From Christine, Manager). Apparently, the amount they tell you is a guess unless you request is to be official! Never heard of this before in the years of going to dentists. Watch out for the "Balance Past Due" bill for the ..."

"In January Dr. Carter did a root Canal and I had my follow up today. I feared the root canal, but Dr. Carter worked quickly and there was no pain. Because the damage was so bad, we had a follow up today and I was pleased to find that everything was on track and I am ready for the crown to be placed on the tooth. "I was in so much pain leading up to my root canal appointment. I was nervous because my prior root canal at a different facility was painful. Dr. Gilad was very professional and gave me plenty of novicaine. I didn’t feel a thing besides typical jaw soreness for keeping my mouth open. "My son needed to have two emergency root canals. Dr. Carter walked him through every step and was so kind and patient with him. Our son suffers from Anxiety and medical procedures can be tricky for him.
