"I will not be returning to this dentist after being a patient for 10+ years. They scheduled xrays 2 days too early, insurance wont cover the service and im stuck with the bill. I spoke with Annette who was unapologetic and placed all responsibility on me. She was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. She wouldn't even return my phone call. Just told me to contact my insurance if I had questions. ..."
