"Great clinic, friendly and knowledgeable people. On hold wait times are terrible. I waited 16 minutes to talk to someone. I was directed that I needed to leave a voicemail to talk to my health care provider. Fine with that. When I finally did I was forwarded to the wrong person to leave a message. I called back and the whole process started again, this time I waited over 10 minutes for a live ..."
