"The only issue I have is getting authorizations for medication i have been working on it for over 18 days and its like the office does not understand what to do. The other issue i have is they do not have any neurologists at this location. I really like my doctor she is warm and kind"

"Mercy Reisterstown is the WORST office I've been to, including foreign offices. The Doctor is great! The business office is incompetent. In the last two years, they haven't delayed medications that the doctor orders for more that a month on multiple occasions. They cannot communication with insurance by app or fax, causing problems and delaying care. Insurance has to send endless requests for ..."
