"So far not impressed at all !!They lost my referral, then when I saw the doctor who offered to call in new pain meds on August 8 they were never called in( still waiting on script) spoke to receptionist to make an appointment for Botox shots in my neck. She told me to be there by 8:00 a.m. I get a text message saying that I need to be there by 8: 20 trying to talk to an actual live person to clarify ..."
