"I went in for extreme ear pain that started almost 2 weeks prior. Dr. Dang ignored my concerns and only did a brief exam before stating it was my fault and that I had damaged my own ear with a qtip EVEN THOUGH I told him I hadn't used them in the past 2 weeks other than the night before. I was sobbing with pain and although there are signs everywhere in the clinic saying "no patient should be in pain" ..."
