"I saw j.white on aug 15,2025. I was there to address urine incont. And my wheelchair accessment stating i need a power wheelchair like ive had for the last 5 years 1st off they stated i didnt qualify 4 a power chair and would have to use a manual chair. I am unable to roll a manual chair and they should have tested me for that. Secondly i have been having urine incont, and repeat blader and yeast ..."
