"The front office staff are horrible at answering their phone. After several calls and with no answer I had to go to their office for a simple question. All th workers just sitting their on their cell phones. And when they are told that you called all morning with bno answer?? They don't have an answer just look at you. They have only 1 person who takes cate of there referrals who never answers or ..."

I went to the office and several of the workers were in the front, one of them was sitting on someone's lap, they were just chatting.
