"This was my first. Visit to this office and everything went very very well. The entire staff was very friendly and professional and explained everything that was going to happen. "I scheduled a visit three months in advance and even confirmed my appointment the day of the visit on the phone. I was exactly ten minutes late due to traffic for my appointment and the Dr. had already left the office. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the office staff was rude and said I had to reschedule. Very upsetting that the Dr left ten minutes into my appointment with no call to check on ..."
