"What a HORRIBLE experience we had with Dr. Herbert Mendelson. We are new to MD and I originally got a cleaning with Dr. Harold Mendelson (which I assume is Herbert's father) and he was lovely. I assumed my teenage kids and family would get the same service and boy was I wrong. My teenage son unfortunately got Dr. Herbert instead of Dr. Harold and I can not tell you how different the experience was. ..."

"I have been going to New Town Dental for about 10 years or so. Had an appointment Tuesday, Feb 3. Worst ever. the hygienist who used to be really good was rough and not the same. They also had me stand to do an xray which felt like a mammogram for the mouth. Very uncomfortable and I was not even asked if I wanted it or not, they just did it!! "My last visit was for my normal check up and cleaning. My hygienist was very professional and thorough. I apologize that I forgot her name but she provided great service. I met Dr Rosenfeld for the first time since he has taken over the practice. Very nice personality and very professional. I couldn't be any happier and satisfied with Newtown Dental. "Everyone is always very helpful and in case of emergency they do everything to get the patient in asap. Dr. Snydman always explains all the steps throughout the treatment process. As for cleaning, Luba is my go-to person. She does a great job! My husband and I have been patients for the last 5 years and are not planning to go anywhere else."
