"Dr. Chen and nurses were great HOWEVER support staff not so much. No one informed me I had to contact my secondary insurance provide and enroll in the Cancer Resources Program. I got a $200 plus bill and have gotten mixed responses as to what my obligation is towards the money. NO ONE told me I had to enroll and a customer representative was SO nasty today on the phone. A TIP - before they touch ..."
