"Stay away from this group… I called the office to obtain a copy of the visit note from 2 weeks prior. I was transferred to the medical records clerk Selena, who didn’t like my “tone” and repeatedly kept cutting me off attempting to correct whatever tone she felt was offensive. Selena then informed me that I would have to pay $25 and wait 7-14 days to receive my note per Texas law. Selena then hung ..."
