"Horrible office management! Sent me three letters 'electronically' signed by an employee no longer with them, canceled an appointment made 6 months earlier because doctor wanted to take that day off, called me on way to rescheduled appointment to cancel, and failed to include a test in lab orders and now want me to make another trip there!"

"Scheduling is horrid..changes appt dates and cancels often Takes 1-2 days for even a np to return call. Dr Griffin is perhaps the least caring , incompetent doctor there Had to find new doctor who stands by Lab is a joke too"

"Memorial Physicians in Jacksonville Illinois is a joke! Apparently they cannot hire a good doctor.. Finally found one good doctor and he is in Springfield. Meanwhile Jacksonville doctors just gave me one pill after another till I went away. Please stay away from this group and this Hospital.!!! Other than a Band-Aid you're more likely to walk away sicker than you went in, only to find that your doctor ..."
