"I received numerous harassing phone call to collect a debt. I tried to explain to the representative that I don't owe anything and my insurance company paid for my surgery on October 11, 2023. He refused to listen therefore I requested to speak to a supervisor. I submitted the medical claim from my insurance company since they threatened to report me to a collection agency. "
