"This looks to much like a scam. As everyone else stated you get a "Final Bill" but never received the first bill. When you call the foreign sounding girl answers like she just woke up. Drops her phone then disconnects. Call back and no answer. Call a 3rd time and she acts like she has no clue whats going on. NONE of the physicians listed are any I have ever seen."

"Absolutely the most pathetic and moronic operation I’ve ever encountered. First received a past due bill when I hadn’t received an original bill. Then the phone number on the “bill” was disconnected. Finally found a phone number and called. Put on hold for OVER AN HOUR! All I wanted was an explanation as to why I was being charged after Medicare and supplemental insurance had paid. This want on for ..."

"I received numerous harassing phone call to collect a debt. I tried to explain to the representative that I don't owe anything and my insurance company paid for my surgery on October 11, 2023. He refused to listen therefore I requested to speak to a supervisor. I submitted the medical claim from my insurance company since they threatened to report me to a collection agency."

"I called the number that was printed on the billing statement, put all the numbers in for the prompts. I kept getting disconnected. This number was given to my insurance company and they were also disconnected. I looked online for a new number and was told that the number on my statement was an old number. I was given a new number to call and all I got was a voicemail. The company filed the claim ..."

"I provided my insurance information and they never filed for it. My bill was sent to collections after 60 days STILL not filing for insurance. Horrible office staff!"
