"Go somewhere else. I recently put in a request to have a prescription refilled, and was informed that I needed additional testing and a follow up visit. It would have been nice to know this before I was out of medication. The copay for the testing and follow up appointment are over $800. It would have been very easy to send me a message through their portal ahead of time. Believe the other poor reviews. ..."

"DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I went to their Grand Parkway location in 2021. I had 1 appointment and cancelled the second 48 hours in advance through several voicemails to their office (because no one would ever pick up the phone when I called). they STILL send me bills for an appointment that I didn't go to and after dozens of other phone calls to resolve the issue they STILL don't pick up OR return my calls! ..."
