"Ideal has taken care of my dental needs for about 12-15 years (so long I can’t remember when I started!). The front office is on the ball with insurance and the doctors and hygienists do great work. Their location is easy in and easy out. What more could you want? I would not want to go anywhere else!"

Early this year, I had overpaid and I had to call them to get my money back. "I received a temporary crown and have to wait over a week to get the permanent. The final crown is available but there were no openings sooner to have it put on. It's causing significant hardship with my work schedule. The office is unconcerned. I wish I had known before I had the temporary put on. Do not schedule work unless you know you can be flexible on follow ups."
