"This medical group utterly failed to care for my wife in April 2024, refused to acknowledge their failings, and refused to reply to a 2-page letter of complaint sent to the group president, Dr. Ed Woo. The practice failed to respond to an escalating and potentially life-threatening illness, and showed callous and disrespectful disregard for a patient seeking urgent medical care. "I do not recommend this medical group in Crofton. I made an appointment with Dr. Amanda Kennedy Malone as a new patient 3 months ago for a future date, and I just now got notification that they are not taking new patients even though I was told they were. Such a waste of my time when I could have used this 3-month period to research/find a new doctor and book an appointment. Failure rating!!!!"
