"Family member had 3 appointments cancelled and rescheduled. Each time was an additional 3 month wait. The last time I called in as a physician asking a colleague to get her in as we were now up to 9 month wait time. The response was a curt no. We do not have professional courtesy. I would never leave a patient with a problem hanging for one month much less 9. ."
